Baking Time: 1 hour Ready in approx. 1 hour Ingredients 4  Eggs 1  Cup honey 1  Cup sugar 1  Cup warm water 1  Teaspoon coffee 2  Tablespoons coffee flavored liquor ½  Cup oil 3  Cups flour 2  Teaspoons baking powder 1  Teaspoon baking soda 1  Teaspoon cinnamon Directions Beat eggs, honey and sugar. Add oil. Dilute the coffee with warm water and liquor. Combine flour with baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Alternately pour the coffee and flour mixtures into the batter. Pour into 9"x13" baking pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325.   ENJOY!
