Directions
Grease a 9"x13" pan Mix margarine, sugar and eggs until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and chips. Mix well.
Combine flour and baking powder and add to creamed
mixture. Add wine and cocoa powder. Mix until combined, but not too long.
