PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Grease, a 9"x 13"
baking pan.
Beat the eggs until frothy. Slowly add the sugar, oil and red
wine.
ADD cocoa, potato starch and baking soda. Mix until well
combined.
POUR batter into prepared pan.
BAKE in the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until
toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
LET cool in pan for 15 minutes.
SPRINKLE top with confectionerís sugar.
