4. Sherry Pound Cake

A moist, and simple cake with a surprising buttery flavor.

Serves 16
Est. Preparation Time: 5 Mins
Est. Cooking Time: 45 Mins
Ready in approx. 1 hour

Ingredients
1  (18.5oz) Package Yellow Cake Mix
2  (2.8 oz.) Packages instant vanilla pudding
½  Tsp. Cinnamon
1/3  Cup water
¾  Cup oil
4  Eggs
¾  Cup Sherry Royal
  Confectioner's sugar for dusting
Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Grease, and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
STIR together cake mix, pudding mix, and cinnamon in large bowl. Make well in center, and pour in water, oil, eggs, and sherry. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl and beat 4 minutes on medium speed.
POUR batter into prepared Bundt pan.
BAKE in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
LET cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto serving plate, and cool completely.
SPRINKLE top with confectionerís sugar.
