1. Grilled Chicken Breasts with Fresh Herbs

Serves 4
Est. Preparation Time: 10 Mins.
Est. Cooking Time: 15 Mins.
Est. Marinating Time: 2 Hrs

Ingredients
3  Cloves garlic
1  Minced Teaspoon dried rosemary
1  Teaspoon dried thyme
1  Teaspoon instant chicken soup mix
4  Boneless, skinless Chicken breast halves ( about 1 lb. total)
2  Tablespoons olive oil
1/3  Cup Sauvignon Blanc Wine
Directions

COMBINE garlic, rosemary, thyme, and instant chicken soup mix in small bowl.
ARRANGE chicken in 9 X 13 inch baking pan: rub with herb mixture.
DRIZZLE with oil. Pour wine into bottom of pan; cover. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
GRILL or broil on each side until chicken is golden brown, and no longer pink in center.
